Today, the National Bank hosted a meeting of the working group on the development of national messages in the framework of the implementation of the ISO 20022 standard. The meeting was held in a combined mode – face-to-face at 7 Kalvariyskaya and online in Zoom.
The meeting discussed the progress of updating the automated banking systems in accordance with the Plan for the integrated implementation of the ISO 20022 standard in the payment system of the Republic of Belarus. The participants asked questions to representatives of the National Bank, and also exchanged views on approaches to modifying the software.
Recall that in 2021, it is planned to conduct trial operation of the modified automated systems (AS) of the National Bank, AS of banks, AS of state bodies using financial messages developed in accordance with the methodology of the ISO 20022 standard. In December 2020, comprehensive tests will be carried out.
Tatyana Ruskevich, Head of the Main Directorate of the Payment System and Digital Technologies at the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, thanked SoftClub in general and Natalia Bulbakh personally, who participated in the meeting, for active participation in the discussion of documents, the formation of questions and proposals.
