By October 23rd, 2025Conferences

On October 13, the PLUS Forum: Digital Tajikistan was held in Dushanbe. The event is part of the annual PLUS Forum series, which brings together experts to discuss key topics in digital transformation, the development of financial technologies and retail financial services, and collaboration among government institutions, the financial sector, retail trade, and the IT and telecommunications industries in Tajikistan.

The event was held with the support of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the National Bank, and the Communications Service of the Republic of Tajikistan. More than 43 partners and sponsors from around ten countries — including China, Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, Armenia, and Kyrgyzstan — took part in the forum. The participants included representatives of government institutions, financial organizations, IT and telecommunications companies, as well as leading experts and businesses shaping the region’s digital ecosystem.

The program of forum included thematic sessions, round tables and the exhibition of modern solutions and technological products.

The SoftClub group of companies at the forum was represented by Sergey Leshkevich, Executive Director of SoftClub-Development Center, and Akylbek Junusov, Commercial Director of FinanceSoftClub. During the event our colleagues held a series of business meetings with leading banks of Tajikistan, presenting the products and solutions of the SoftClub group in the fields of decentralized finance and digital transformation.

Tajikistan is actively developing its digital agenda and implementing a strategy for the digitalization of the public sector. By 2030 all public services should be accessible through a single digital portal. The forum also discussed cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies — in May 2025, the country launched its first state crypto platform under the aegis of the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies and the National Bank of Tajikistan. The SoftClub group has significant expertise in this area and is ready to cooperate with interested parties.

Special attention at the forum was given to the initiative to create a national EDI platform aimed at supporting and developing e-commerce in Tajikistan. A dedicated working group, coordinated by the Association of Banks of the Republic, has been established and includes the country’s largest banks. During the forum, an agreement was reached for the head of the Association to visit SoftClub’s office to discuss potential areas of cooperation.

SoftClub’s participation in the PLUS Forum: Digital Tajikistan, along with the growing interest in technological solutions across the Central Asian market, further strengthens the company’s position as a trusted partner in digital transformation projects throughout the region.
